What will you do

We are looking for a Head of Product who will be responsible for overseeing the complete product development process, ensuring quality, and fostering innovation.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head of Product in a B2B SaaS company, showcasing a successful track record in developing and executing effective product strategies. 
A high level of English is required.


Main responsibilities:


  • Develop and communicate a compelling product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap to achieve strategic goals in collaboration with Technology and Sales Teams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Ensure alignment and effective communications throughout the product development lifecycle, keeping all the internal stakeholders involved and committed.
  • Drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle and develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of digital industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to implement product strategy.
  • Ensure that the product meets or exceeds quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Ensure that the product becomes an engine of value creation in the medium and long term, optimising quality, experience and security of digital solutions.
  • Strengthen UNGUESS positioning bringing to the market an innovative product.

You are the ideal candidate if…

  • Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in product leadership roles at both major internet players and startups (B2B SaaS Product).
  • Experience leading deeply technical product plans and aligning business strategy and technical  delivery. Being the connection between business and tech. 
  • Proven change agent and a strong strategic thinker.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • “Product entrepreneur” thinking (we need a positive mindset with business and strategic thinking on how to scale the UNGUESS Platform).

Hiring process

Our process is designed to be flexible, allowing us to efficiently assess candidates based on the specific skills, experiences, and attributes relevant to the job.

We start with a thorough review of applications, followed by an initial screening to gauge basic qualifications.

Candidates who pass the initial screening may be invited for one or more in-person or virtual interviews. These interviews include discussions with HR, hiring managers (Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Technology Officer), and potential team members (both from Product team and Sales/CSM one).
Technical interviews or skill assessments may also be part of this stage.

Throughout the process, we aim to provide a transparent and inclusive experience for candidates, helping them understand how their unique strengths align with our organizational needs.
