What you will be doing

Example of the activities you’ll perform are:

– Analyze Satispay app usage in order to optimize all the features
– Run surveys when required to take complex decisions
– Run A/B test to determine users behaviors
– Work closely with the customer care team to monitor Satispay users feedbacks
– Being an evangelist within the company to ensure everyone is contributing to improve the product
– Ensure new feature requirements are fully understood by the Tech team
– Work closely with Quality Assurance team on application/systems improvements and bug fixings

In addition to the above you’ll have a focus on searching and assessing technology trends in fintech/tech with the goal of measuring their potential value for Satispay.

What products you will get your hands on

You’ll be the Product Designer for the Satispay apps. Working closely with the Tech and UX Team on one side and constantly monitoring users behaviors and feedback to capture possible improvements.

% of Product Discovery in your day-to-day work: you will spend an average of 30% on Product Discovery.

– Ability to work well with internal teams, including marketing, engineers, business developers, quality assurance, and operations
– Have enough Tech background to be able to work with the engineers and understand them
– Being able to assess emerging products and services measuring their potential value for Satispay
– Understand, research, and follow technology trends in the fintech industry is a plus

1. Remote interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
