What you'll do
We are actively seeking Middle/Junior Product Managers to join our innovative team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformations for R5 Labs’ top clients, which include major American fintech companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies aligned with client goals and industry trends.
- Product Development: lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Client Engagement: build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable product plans.
- Market Analysis: conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, keeping the company at the forefront of industry innovation.
- Team Collaboration: wrk closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional products on time and within budget.
You're the right person if:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Knowledge of fintech or financial services is advantageous;
- Fluent in English and Italian.
